Brian Walz - Owner/Broker
Brian has been in Real Estate since 1982. He deals mainly in farm, ranch and
commercial properties, but does do some residential sales as well. Brian is
known in the Moose Jaw Real Estate Community for his meticulous attention
to detail, honesty, and excellent service to his customers. Brian is often
consulted when persons require an honest opinion of the value of their land or
property.
With a partner (now retired), Brian set up Landmart Realty Ltd. in February of 1999, and then bought
his partner's portion to become sole proprietor in 2005. In 2008 Landmart Realty Ltd. became Royal LePage
Landmart, joining the Royal LePage franchise in order to increase our global
recognition and enhance our visibility throughout Saskatchewan, Canada and
the world.
Brian as born and raised in the Moose Jaw area. He owned land and farmed
with his brothers in the Moose Jaw area. He is a licensed pilot for small
aircraft. He enjoys golfing and skiing.

Mike embarked on his Real Estate career in March of 2002, after several
years in Agricultural Equipment sales. He also spent nearly 20 years in the
construction industry.
Born and raised in the Moose Jaw area, Mike was actively involved on the

 Morley Munn - Realtor
Morley was raised south of Moose Jaw. He has lived in Moose Jaw for many
years and has journeyman status as a gas fitter, sheet metal trade and boiler
and pressure branch. He has operated his own plumbing and heating
business and has worked with both new home construction and home
renovations for over 25 years. He has served on the Moose Jaw Construction
Association and Sheet Metal Advisory Board. He is also active in many
charities.

Being
one of the youngest members of the Moose Jaw Real Estate
Association and Royal LePage Landmart, I am continually learning
and experiencing the world of real estate. Even thought I am
one of the youngest members, I have been following the real estate
market for years because it has been something I have been very
interested in since I was a young child! As I was working to
become a licensed Realtor, I worked part-time updating the books

Dean will be specializing in Farm & Ranch Real Estate in the southwest corner of the province. He has excellent customer service skills from managing Woodrow Co-op for twenty four years. Dean has lived his whole life on the cattle and grain farm except for three years when he was continuing his education and trucking. Greg is currently licensed in
both Saskatchewan and Alberta and is recognized as an agricultural
real estate specialist throughout the Prairie Region. He
presently lives in High River, Alberta and has contacts and
clients throughout the Prairies. While operating a 5000 acre
corporate family farm, Greg also coached and managed several
hockey clubs, finishing off with the Moose Jaw Warriors of the
Western Hockey League in 1993. Greg brings over ten years of

Rosemarie Myers - Office Administration
Rosemarie has worked in office administration for real estate for a number of
years. Prior to that she worked for a major retail company in Moose Jaw. She
started with Landmart Realty Ltd. with its inception and is pleased to carry
on as the business moves into the Royal Lepage franchise.
Rosemarie was born and raised in the Moose Jaw area. She attended schools
in the Moose Jaw public system and took a computer course at SIAST Palliser Campus.
